Some menus/features are operator dependent.

This chapter describes all the different ways you can per-

sonalize your phone.

Changing the Ring Volume

Select the Ring Vol menu.

Scroll to the desired ring volume, and press YES.

Note! Use the volume keys on the side of the phone to scroll

silently.

Turning Off the Ring Volume

Select the Ring Vol menu.

Press

until no squares are lit and press YES.

The standby display now shows:

Changing Ear Volume

Select Ear Volume in the Settings menu. The display

now shows the current setting.

Note! This does not affect the current call.

Press

to increase the volume or to decrease

the volume, or use the buttons on the side of the

phone.

Press

YES when you are finished.

Changing the Ring Type

You can choose between different types of ring signals.

You also have the opportunity to choose a melody that

you have created yourself. See chapter “Making Your

Personal Ring Signal”.

Select the Settings menu.

Select the Ring Type submenu. The display now

shows the current setting.

Press the

or to listen to the different ring types.

Use the volume keys to scroll silently.

Press

YES to select your preferred ring type.

Changing the Key Sound

Select the Settings menu.

Select the Key Sound submenu.
