Retrieve messages -

externally To retrieve your messages from an external position:

Lift the handset

Dial your company«s telephone number

Dial the common mailbox number

During the procedure you will be asked for your extension

number and your personal code.

PERSONAL

GREETING When you have diverted your extension to the individual-

or common mailbox system, you can leave a personal

greeting to the caller.

1) Enter the information

Pre-defined texts or voice information. How to enter

information, see section ”Enter information”.

2) Activate diversion to the mailbox system

How to activate, see sections ”Individual mailbox system” or

”Common mailbox system”.
